5.)   Official Photo and Video entries must be submitted between October 1, 2022 to December 1, 2022 to the following official contest e-mail accounts for each category:

   a.) Luzon Category –BMSLUZON2022@mx3.ph
   b.) Visayas Category–BMSVISAYAS2022@mx3.ph
   c.) Mindanao Category – BMSMINDANAO2022@mx3.ph

      Video and Photo entries that are only submitted to the official contest e-mail accounts will be included in the final presentation of official entries.

6.)    Participants are required to submit their official lantern photos in .jpeg format (at least 1MB and up). Only Four (4) photos allowed per official entry and showing 4 various angles. Participants are required to submit their official lantern video in .mp4 or .mov format (1080p resolution) and with total runtime between 30-90 seconds.

7.)    To ensure that the created lantern entry follows the required dimension, the participant will have to show the actual measurement closely for the Judges to see, both in photo and video official entry

8.)    Failure to comply on the given allowed period for submission of final entries, failure to follow lantern size and failure to submit entries to the official contest e-mail will automatically disqualify the registration in the contest.

9.)    The percentile ranking of each entry will be based on the following Criteria for Judging (100%):

   a.) CREATIVITY (50%) – Design Idea, Composition, Materials used
   b.) EXECUTION (30%) – Composition, Quality of Work and Visual Impact
   c.) BRANDING (10%) – Connection to the MX3 branding message
   d.) RELEVANCE (10%) – to the contest theme “Bright Morning Star”

10.)    Online Judging of official lantern entries will be on January 11-13, 2023. Only lantern entries received on or before December 1, 2022 shall be considered as official entries during the judging activity.

11.)    Winning official entries from each category in Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao will receive the corresponding prizes:

• Top Thirty (30) entries per category: Ten Thousand Pesos Cash (10,000.00 PhP) and Twenty Thousand Pesos worth of MX3 product variants
• Thirty (30) Consolation entries per category: Ten Thousand Pesos worth of MX3 product variants

12.)    Three (3) entries with highest percentage score from Top 30 entries from each category will receive additional cash.

• First (1st) Place : Ten Thousand Pesos (10,000.00 Php)
• Second (2nd) Place : Eight Thousand Pesos (8,000.00 Php)
• Third (3rd) Place : Five Thousand Pesos (5,000.00 Php)

13.)    Five (5) entries from Thirty (30) Consolation entries in each category will be given a special award and will receive additional MX3 product variants worth Five Thousand Pesos (5,000.00 Php). Note: The special award will be based with the Judges unanimous choice regardless of percentile rank

14.)    All cash prizes are VAT exclusive. The non-cash prize/award freebies are non-convertible to cash and is non-transferable. DMI Medical Supply Co., Inc. will notify the winners via text, e-mail, or voice call.

• a.   Only the official representatives that are registered will be the actual recipients of prize winnings.The registered official representatives must be Twenty-One (21) years of age and above, and must haveat least Two (2) valid government issued ID such as Philippine Passport, Driver’s License or TIN.
• b.    Recipients of Cash Prizes is required to provide a valid bank account details such as Bank Account Number and Account Name. The account name must be of the same registered name of the official representative indicated during the registration of entry.
• c.   The recipient can also opt for money remittance such as Palawan Express, Western Union, MLhuillier or any other registered remittance centers anywhere in the Philippines.
• d.    All prize winnings are non-transferrable, cash and MX3 products. Only the official representative indicated in the registration can only claim the prize won.
• e.    Prizes NOT claimed within 90 days from notification is automatically forfeited.

15.)    All contest participants shall abide by the contest’s mechanics and other implementing rules to be set by DMI Medical Supply Co., Inc. that will be fair and just while this contest runs on the valid contest period.

17.)    Employees of DMI Medical Supply Co., Inc. and members of the immediate family of any of the employees up to the Third degree, are not eligible to participate and win. The term “immediate family” includes spouses, siblings, parents, children, grandparents, and grandchildren, whether as “in-laws,” or by current or past marriage(s), remarriage(s), adoption, co-habitation or other family extension, and any other persons residing at the same household whether or not related to the Company’s employees.
