1.) This will be a NATIONWIDE competition for the creation of a Christmas Parol. Filipino citizens residing in the Philippines, Philippine Government offices (whether National or Local), Barangay Communities, Congregations or Churches, Filipino Private Companies, Hospitals, Pharmacy outlets, Supermarkets, Schools or Universities, are eligible to join the competition.
2.) Online registration starts on July 1, 2021 (Thursday) via www.mx3ph.com. Deadline for Registration is on November 1, 2021 (Monday).
3.) The main material for the Christmas Parol is the empty edited MX3 boxes. DMI Medical Supply Company Inc. will provide Three Hundred (300) pieces of empty edited MX3. Delivery time varies depending on the Participant’s location. There will be representatives from MX3 in specific areas who will deliver the empty MX3 trade boxes.
4.) The Christmas Parol should have a dimension of 5ft x 5ft, excluding the ornaments and decorations. Artificial lightings and other decorative materials may be added to enhance visual display of the Christmas Parol entry
In addition, to ensure that the created Parol follows the required dimension, in your photo and video entry, the participant will have to show the actual measurement closely for the Judges to see.
5.) A panel of judges will be deliberating the entries basing solely from the official photos and videos. The percentile ranking of each entry will be based on the following Criteria for Judging (100%):
CREATIVITY(50%) – Design Idea, Composition, Materials used
EXECUTION(30%) – Composition, Quality of Work and Visual Impact
BRANDING(10%) – Connection to the MX3 branding message
RELEVANCE(10%)– Consistent to the contest theme “Bright Morning Star”
6.) Thirty (30) top entries each from Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao will be declared winners for this competition. Winning entries will receive the corresponding prizes:
In the event that participants in each category can’t complete the Top 30 list of winners, it is management’s discretion to include a special award based on Judges’ unanimous recommendations
7.) All Participants should be aware of the competition’s timeline:

Participants are required to submit their lantern photos in .jpeg format (at least 1MB and up). Only Four (4) photos allowed per official entry and showing 4 various angles.
Participants are required to submit in .mp4 or .mov format (1080p resolution) and with total runtime between 30-90 seconds;

Note: In case of unforeseen events, dates may be adjusted. Contest Participants will be notified.
8.) Participant’s failure to follow the given timeline and contest rules (e.g. late submission of photos and videos) will automatically DISQUALIFY such Participant from the contest.
9.) All cash prizes are VAT exclusive. The non-cash prize/award freebies are non-convertible to cash and non-transferable. DMI Medical Supply Co., Inc. will notify the winners via text, e-mail, or voice call.
10.) All contest participants shall abide by the contest’s mechanics and other implementing rules to be set by DMI Medical Supply Co., Inc. that will be fair and just while this contest runs on the valid contest period
11.) Employees of DMI Medical Supply Co., Inc. and members of the immediate family of any of the employees up to the Third degree, are not eligible to participate and win. The term “immediate family” includes spouses, siblings, parents, children, grandparents, and grandchildren, whether as “in-laws,” or by current or past marriage(s), remarriage(s), adoption, co-habitation or other family extension, and any other persons residing at the same household whether or not related to the Company’s employee.
